Order Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Returns

We will confirm the applicable return costs before arranging collection. Customers are responsible for return costs where applicable. A minimum charge of £39.95 + VAT per pallet will apply, or the actual cost of delivery and return via the Palletways pallet distribution network, whichever is greater.

Where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or any other circumstances preventing the goods from being unloaded, the customer may be liable for both the outward and return delivery costs, subject to applicable consumer rights.
